マケインで舞台の地下資源館The Underground Resources Museum: A Setting in “Makein”

豊橋を舞台にしたアニメ「マケイン」がある。ここでは地下資源の展示施設がアニメに登場する。アニメで見て、青春を感じて、また行って見たくなりました。
地下資源館は冷房故障中も、その鉱物資源や展示は面白い。やや展示方法が古めかな。施設に投資してあげたい。豊橋生活も結構面白い。

There’s an anime called “Makein” set in Toyohashi, featuring an underground resources museum. After seeing it in the anime and feeling that youthful spirit, I wanted to visit again.

The museum’s AC was broken, but the mineral resources and exhibits were interesting. The display methods seemed a bit outdated. I wish I could invest in the facility myself.Life in Toyohashi is quite interesting, actually.

体感が濃密になるMy perception of time becomes richer

小学校の夏休み（7月20日〜9月1日）も終盤です。息子が自由研究をやりたいとの希望で、DCMで道具を買いました。

年を取ると、休みは早く過ぎるという。しかし、こなした量が多いからか、長く感じる。

シンガポール、東北も行った。科研費、博士論文審査、論文修正、発表スライドをこなせた。体感が濃密になるのはいいこと。

The elementary school summer vacation (July 20 to September 1) is nearing its end. My son expressed a desire to do a summer research project, so I bought supplies at DCM.

They say as you get older, vacations seem to pass more quickly. However, perhaps due to the amount I’ve accomplished, it feels long.

I traveled to Singapore and Tohoku. I managed to complete grant applications, doctoral thesis reviews, paper revisions, and presentation slides. It’s a good thing when my perception of time becomes richer.
